Microfluidic solutions play a critical role in biomedical and chemical research. Experimental needs are growing, and manual fluid-handling is inefficient in relation to these demands. Microfluidics allows fluids to be treated on the micro- or nano-scale with minimal reagent and sample consumption, fast reactions, and reproducibility.
