Self-study works perfectly fine if you follow a disciplined TOEFL preparation plan and practice consistently. I did almost everything on my own—mock tests, reading practice, and speaking drills. For writing improvement, I used an IELTS essay checker because it gave instant feedback on vocabulary range and sentence structure. With these tools, I didn’t feel the need for coaching at all.
